International began its humble beginnings in 1991 as Sun Woo Corporation,
focusing on commercial, office, retail and residential projects.
Responding to a growing need for specialized construction
services in civil and infrastructural works, in 1999 Sun Woo
reorganized and transitioned into Core Tech International,
expanding its expertise, services and resources.
In 2000 Core
Tech International became one of the first SBA 8(a) Certified
Woman Owned Small Disadvantaged Businesses in the construction
industry on Guam. Core Tech pursued a variety of military, government
and commercial projects building a solid reputation of superior
project management and accomplishment. The greatest testament to
its continued success is manifest in the volume of repeat
business from its satisfied customers and clients.
