Description:
The work
involves the construction of 55,000SF new elementary school
building with 32 classrooms, library, cafeteria/kitchen, and
administrative offices on the
island of Guam. Work includes but is not limited to,
demolition of existing baseball field, earthwork, site utilities and site improvements,
paving and landscaping. Work also includes concrete
foundations and slabs-on-grade, concrete, precast concrete
walls, precast roof structures, cast-in-place concrete
looping slab, roof membrane metal fabrication, sheet metal,
metal stud partitions, unit masonry walls, gypsum board
walls and ceilings, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings,
resilient flooring, carpeting, custom cabinets and fixtures,
carpentry, glass windows and store fonts, painting,
metal doors, wood doors, metal frames, door hardware toilet
partitions, and accessories, signage, classroom equipment,
fire detection system, electrical, ventilating, air
conditioning and plumbing, complete and ready to use.
