Project
Description:
The work involves the
construction of new high school on the island of Guam. Work
includes civil, architectural, electrical, HVAC, mechanical,
site utilities and improvements, roadwork. Project total lot
area is 2,628,329 SF and building area of 134,650 SF.
The project consists of
gymnasium floor area of 12,744SF, 46 classrooms, 2 science
rooms, automotive shop, construction shop, administration
offices, library, locker rooms, cafeteria, full service
kitchen and cooking facilities. Outdoor sports facilities
like soccer field, baseball field, softball field,
basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and
400M track and field are part of the work.
Core Tech utilized own
aggregates from the quarry and produced the concrete
requirements from owned batching plant.
