Project Description:

The project involved construction of a new building and facilities with operations and administration building of 9,900 sq. ft. and 30,000 sq. ft. of site development.

The facility is a reinforced concrete structure with EIFS exterior wall, standing seam steel roofing complete with air-conditioning, ventilation, fire protection system including automatic fire sprinkler system, fire alarm and voice mass notification systems including manual stations, system smoke detectors, duct smoke detectors, audio/visual alarms..

Electrical service distribution system includes transformer, switchboards, panels, motor control centers, and related device with emergency lighting and back-up generator. Communication systems included telephone, public address system, CATV and energy management control system. Provision for future intrusion detection system (IDS) and closed circuit television system (CCTV) was also provided.

Civil and site development works included water supply and sanitary sewer systems,  storm drains system,  landscaping, asphalt concrete driveway and parking, including paint striping and road/parking signage, chain link perimeter fence and gates.
