Core Tech maintains a constant workforce of over 550 craftsmen,
laborers, supervisors, managers and support personnel with a
turnover rate of less than 1%. The majority of our workforce is
housed in company provided living accommodations that are
maintained and managed for an improved quality of life for our
employees. Core Tech has a worker's house can accommodate 1900
workers in 160,000SF Concrete Barracks. All our employees receive regular training in the
latest safety and quality control methods to ensure that
consistent levels of quality are maintained for every project we
undertake.
