Core Tech is a multi-industry conglomerate that is looking to broaden its business portfolio. We currently comprise of a diverse group of companies in finance, real estate, and construction as our core businesses.

Our companies include one of the largest construction companies in Micronesia in Core Tech International. We are also proud to be the largest real estate development and property management firm in Micronesia with Core Tech Development.

For financing, we are a US Treasury-certified Community Development Financing Institution boasting one of the largest investments and loan portfolios of any non-bank in Micronesia in Core Tech Capital.

Our business portfolio includes other companies such as a local daily newspaper in the Guam Daily Post, Core Tech Concrete, Core Tech Captive Insurance and Core Tech Renewable Energy.

Continuing with our diversification efforts, we are expanding into restaurants, cafes, farms and similar businesses to complement our real estate mix. We have also financed tried-and-true businesses such as Sejong Restaurant; a popular Korean cuisine establishment, and California Mart; a longstanding grocery store.

Our experienced and flexible management team is noted for acquiring businesses and selecting management teams to propel the companies to higher levels of success. Core Tech’s most recent purchase of The Guam Daily Post, a local independent newspaper, continues to grow in revenue and distribution.
