Construction Manager 

Job Summary

The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The Construction Manager works closely with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients, while supervising site operations and resolving project issues.

Job Responsibilities:

​•    Oversee all phases of construction projects.
•    Review plans, specifications, and schedules for proper execution.
•    Manage budgets, cost estimates, and resources.
•    Coordinate with project stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers.
•    Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.
•    Monitor progress and prepare project reports.
•    Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship.
•    Identify and resolve project issues and delays.
•    Manage material requisitions and deliveries.
•    Lead construction teams and ensure proper documentation and permits.
•    Coordinate inspections with government agencies.

 

Job Requirements:

•    Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
•    Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
•    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
•    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•    Proficiency in construction and project management software is an advantage.

Education and Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
