Architect
Job responsibilities:
-
Plans and design structures such as residences, commercial buildings and other structural properties in accordance with environmental safety and building regulations.

Analyzes proposed site factors and uses designs, maps, graphs, tracings and diagrams to illustrate findings.

Calculates cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collection data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering and advanced mathematics.

Inspects project site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design and engineering plans and specifications.
Job Requirements
-
Applicants must have Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
-
24 months post baccalaureate verifiable work experience in Architecture or Engineering.
