Job Overview:

Maintenance Helper provides essential support to maintenance workers by performing general maintenance tasks, assisting in repair projects, and ensuring work areas are kept clean and organized. The role requires physical stamina, basic technical skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

​

1. Assist maintenance workers with repairing and installing equipment, machinery, or infrastructure.

2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, cleaning equipment, and lubricating machinery.

3. Help diagnose issues and troubleshoot minor mechanical problems.

4. Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies.

5. Clean and prepare work areas for maintenance tasks.

6. Follow safety procedures and regulations.

7. Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites as needed.

8. Support with various maintenance projects such as painting, patching walls, and minor plumbing or electrical work.

9. Maintaining the cleanliness of the trash receptacles in the property including landscaping, parking lots, walkways and other outdoor spaces.

Basic Qualifications:

 

• High School Diploma or equivalent with Good Moral

• Has basic understanding plumbing and electrical systems

• Has reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects at least 5-20kg and stand for extended periods.

• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively

• Positive attitude and team player with good communication skills.​​

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 40 hours/week

​​Working Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Salary: Competitive: based on experience and qualifications

​Work Location: Within Property premises like Summer Town Estates (Dededo), Summer Homes (Yigo/NCS), Summer Green (Tamuning), Summer Breeze (Radio Barrigada) and Summer Vista (Ukudu)
