Accountant

Duties:

Maintain accounting records, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, and general accounting support.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 24 months of post-baccalaureate, verifiable work experience in Accounting.

Civil Engineer

Duties: Provide construction engineering support, review plans and specifications, conduct inspections, coordinate with project teams, and prepare technical documentation.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 24 months of post-baccalaureate, verifiable work experience in Civil Engineering. PE license is a plus.

Electrical Engineer

Duties: Provide electrical engineering support, including plan review, inspections, coordination, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 24 months of post-baccalaureate, verifiable work experience in Electrical Engineering. PE license is a plus.

Mechanical Engineer

Duties: Provide mechanical and HVAC engineering support, conduct site inspections, coordinate with project teams, and assist with troubleshooting.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 24 months of post-baccalaureate, verifiable work experience in Mechanical Engineering. PE license is a plus.

Equipment Manager

Duties: Manage heavy equipment operations, fleet maintenance, repairs, allocation, utilization, and equipment records.

Qualification: At least 2 years of experience in heavy construction equipment management or a related field.

Architect

Duties: Provide architectural design support, review drawings and submittals, conduct site visits, and assist with construction administration.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 24 months of post-baccalaureate, verifiable work experience in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

Project Engineer

Duties: Support project planning and scheduling, RFIs, submittals, documentation, site activities, and coordination with project teams.

Qualification: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a related role.

Safety Engineer

Duties: Support construction safety programs, conduct site inspections, identify hazards, monitor compliance, and assist with safety documentation.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Construction, or a related field, and at least 24 months of post-baccalaureate, verifiable work experience in Safety Engineering.

Skilled Trades Positions:

Carpenter, Cement Mason, Construction Equipment Mechanic, Electrician, Heavy Equipment Operator, HVAC & Refrigeration Mechanic, Pipefitter, Plumber, Reinforcing Metal Worker, Sheet Metal Worker, Welder. Minimum 2 years relevant experience. Welder requires current AWS D1.1 Welding Certification.

General Foreman

Duties: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, crews, and subcontractors.

Qualification: At least 2 years of construction supervisory experience.
