Position Overview:

We're seeking a reliable Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The Housekeeping Associate will ensure that our units are clean and ready for new tenants. If you're thorough and enjoy keeping spaces tidy, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean units according to company standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.

• Perform basic cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping.

• Check appliances, fixtures, and furnishings to ensure they're in good condition.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning.

• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products and equipment.

• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or similar roles preferred.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning instructions.

• Basic time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift supplies.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
